Perhaps, the reason why the Assistant Minister is not aware is because he has not done any consultations with the office of the Attorney- General, which is representing the Government in these proceedings. In fact, the High Court of Kenya has ordered that they be resettled. Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead the House that he is not aware when the matter is in court?"
