    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank all hon. Members who have contributed to this important Motion. The points raised by hon. Members are very pertinent; they are issues to do with connectivity. As has been stated in both the Sessional Paper and in the presentation which I made here, this loan is meant to improve the capacity of the Mombasa Port to handle cargo, and even passengers for tourism purposes. On the issues raised by Mr. Mungatana, about the mobilization of internal resources to finance ventures like this one, this is a very important issue, which is being discussed by the Government very actively. The line we want to take is to issue long-term infrastructure bonds."
