    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to ask the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security the following Question by Private Notice. (a) Is the Minister aware that there is increased insecurity in Emuhaya District that has led to deaths, injuries as well as theft of livestock and other goods at various market centres in the district? (b) When will the Government post the Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD) to the district, which was created two years ago? (c) What other urgent measures is the Minister taking to curb the rising insecurity in the district?"
