"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, at this point in time--- Even in my own constituency, I have six dispensaries without nurses. This is mainly because we have a shortage of nurses but we are recruiting, as I said, 1,600 nurses this year. The advertisement should be in the newspapers very soon. As soon as we recruit the nurses, we intend to deploy them to all the institutions where their services are required. So, I will undertake, in consultation with the hon. Member, to follow up the issue very carefully; in his case, once we have the advertisement and nurses are recruited, we will make sure that his dispensary is staffed."
