    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Minister for a very good answer. However, I wish to make one observation. The price of Kshs1,000 per unit of blood, at which you intend to sell to private hospitals is not sufficient. Private hospitals sell blood at up to Kshs6,000 per unit. So, increasing the price of a unit of blood to just Kshs1,000, from Kshs300, is actually subsidising the private hospitals, instead of subsidising poor patients."
