    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) No. I am not aware that insecurity has increased in the district. To the contrary, crime statistics indicate that all forms of crime have decreased in the district in the recent past. (b) The Government will consider posting of an OCPD to the district after the construction of a divisional police headquarters and other infrastructure is put in place. For the past two years, no land has been identified for this purpose. (c) Security patrols have been beefed up and patrols intensified, hence the decrease in crime, as indicated in my response."
