    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand to support this Motion and thank the hon. Member who has brought it to the House. However, I would like to raise a few issues on the composition of the Committee, and the way the Motion has been framed. I would like to seek the indulgence of the Mover of this Motion to consider the composition, or representation of the hon. Members of the Committee. I believe, as the previous speaker has said, that even areas July 23, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 2027 where these illegal groupings have not gone to, people need to be aware why they come up. Therefore, we should not only look at regions where we say these groups operate. We must look at all regions of this country. With that in mind, the composition does not include all regions. I would ask that the composition should be, at least, two hon. Members from every province. I believe that, that will put into place a more effective Committee that will look at this issue in a more broad- based manner."
