    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the point I am making is that we should look at this issue very broadly. We should not even focus on the post-election violence that rocked this country only the other day. The reason why I was referring to 1991/1992 is that this Select Committee must go as far way back to the early 1990s and look at this issue. I want to conclude by saying that we must look at the issues of unemployment because I think it is one of the major causes of this problem. We must look at the education of our youth. We have educated some of our youth but we have not given them direction as to how to utilise that education. Some of our youth are not receiving proper education and I am thinking of the cultural practices that we find in some of our communities. Corruption is an issue that this Committee must look at very seriously because---"
