    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the number of questions that relate to lack of security in most parts of the country come up every time. There is always a Question and the Assistant Minister minimizes the risk by saying that these are isolated incidents. Could he confirm that these reduced figures he is talking about are as a result of lack of confidence in the people in the police force? People do not see the necessity of reporting to the police because no action is taken, and that is why these Questions are coming to the House every day during Question Time."
