    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one aspect which the Ministry is supposed to undertake is an environmental impact assessment. We will ensure that materials that cause cancer, or those of toxic nature, are not allowed to be deposited. We will put that item in the terms of reference of environment impact assessment. We will discuss with NEMA and ensure that safeguards are put in place during studies so that, should there be any need, the matter can be handled at that stage."
