The Chair did say that it is your expectation that when the Minister came to answering it, he should be able to give all details which hon. Members would require. Given that the answer the Assistant Minister has given is unsatisfactory, would I be in order to ask you to consider deferring it until he can come up with a satisfactory answer?"
