The purpose of this Question was to bring to the attention of the Minister the fact that two years down the line Kshs6.6 million has been put into a project without anything to show. I want to thank the Minister for having noted that after asking this Question, we can now talk about an additional Kshs10 million which is going towards the completion of the school.
