    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there are major reforms going on in the Pensions Department. One of them is to computerise the filing system in that department. There are arrangements to introduce information management systems. Right now, they are at an advanced stage. When this is done, we shall not need a lot of staff. We shall, in fact, need less staff. The rest will be redeployed elsewhere and the Department will be more efficient than it is. We admit that prior to this, there has been a lot of inefficiency and a lot of piling up of work which is now being cleared through the reforms which are going on in the Department."
