    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate what the Minister has said, but I believe that the he has not conducted enough investigations regarding the funding of schools. For example, the rule that only schools with 40 students per class will be given funds has created a problem in the schools, where students feel that those in big schools are being funded and those in small schools are not being funded. There are discrepancies in handling the poor and those who are in very good schools. Also, when the list of schools that will get teachers came out, it added charcoal to the burning fire, because---"
