"content": "(Prof. Ongeri); Mr. Speaker, Sir, thirdly, we have enough time for co-curricula activities. The Ministry is spending Kshs360 million on co-curricula activities and their programme starts from first term to second term. Right now we are in the music festival term. Last term we were on arts and drama festival and, therefore, they are fully involved in this. However, what I do not understand is, because these sports activities are part of the pillars that we want to use to create good character, when a school in Machakos took up to carrying bows and arrows to go and fight a neighbouring school because they had been disqualified for having fielded outsiders in the pitch. Again, this is an element of cheating. That is unspeakable!"
