"content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to support the Motion, but I will start with a complaint. When I look at this small book of the allocations to the Ministry of Lands, my district has nothing, Nyando District. In fact, we have been given only Kshs350,000 which is salary for Government employees, which is recurrent expenditure. That is less than half the salary of a Member of Parliament for a month, and it is given to a whole district! When you come to the Development Vote, we have nothing. So, Nyando District does not appear anywhere in the map of the Ministry of Lands."
