I note with some concern that Kshs295 plus Kshs300 million was misappropriated by the Managing Commissioner. I also note that this Commissioner was sacked and he is somewhere. Could the Minister have made an effort or taken action to recover this money, probably hidden somewhere by this sacked Managing Commissioner?"
