"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, how I wish that I got a much better answer. Traffic jam is a crisis in this country. My Question was basically addressed to the Government. I understand there is still the Ministry of Roads and the Ministry of Local Government involved. However, the Minister has restricted himself to his Ministry. Secondly, the Question is addressing Nairobi at large. However, the Minister has restricted himself to the Central Business District (CBD). He has not mentioned what is being done on Ngong Road where there was supposed to be a dual carriage, Waiyaki Way which is a mess, Outering Road which is a mess, Mombasa Road and Jogoo Road.
