    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Let me take this opportunity to thank hon. Members who have contributed to this Motion and have supported it. I am very happy that they have supported this Motion. I also want to thank the Ministry, and particularly the Assistant Minister, for confirming to this House that the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology is concerned, and is already formulating a policy and a law that will be brought to the Departmental Committee on Education, Research and Technology before it is tabled in this House. So, I want to ask the Ministry to move with speed because technology is moving very fast. If we do not move fast ourselves, we will become irrelevant. So, it is important that we move fast."
