While I appreciate your ruling - and I do not want to contradict your ruling in any way - I want to point out to you, because this is supposed to be the honourable House and Members here are honourable, that it is wrong when an Assistant Minister stands here and lies or tells untruths to this House. I filed this Question two and half weeks ago. You are aware I was on foreign duty last week and so, I was not here. So, there is no way this Question would have just been brought here yesterday. Moreover, we have Government Ministers who are sleeping on their jobs. This Assistant Minister deserves first to apologise and, secondly, I think he needs to be named!"
