    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, change of leadership comes with change of prioritizing projects on the ground. The projects we are talking about were done last year and the hon. Member was not here then. The leadership that was there at that time came up with the projects on the ground. I request the hon. Member, to lead the stakeholders forum from his constituency, during this financial year, so as to come up with priority projects and we will definitely move forward."
