    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me set the record right. Tomorrow will be the session of the agents. The recruitment will be done at the district level. So, we will be able to apportion the number of teachers after rationalising how much shortage we have in every district. The recruitment will be done at the district education level. There will be no recruitment in my office or at the Teachers Service Commission (TSC). It is going to be done at the rural level. I ask the hon. Member to kindly get in touch with his officers or teachers who are seeking recruitment to make the appropriate applications to the relevant authorities at the local level, and we are going to issue the guidelines on how we want to proceed on the matter. That will clearly come out in the advertisement tomorrow."
