    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for his answer. But I think he is not feeling for the plight of the people who are actually working in these estates, unless he is telling this House that it is only the locals who shall be allowed to work in these places. The little money that they are allocating today is actually sending so many people away from their places of work. Could he confirm to this House that the Ministry is fully committed to ensuring that all the Nyayo Tea Zones (NTZs) have enough houses for the workers in those places?"
