    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. When this House allowed live coverage of the proceedings, hon. Members were allowed to read through the Questions for the benefit of the Press and the general public. However, as of now, the Press is able to receive hon. Members's Questions in advance. In fact, in some of the newspapers, they are able to highlight what is coming up before the House in advance. Realising that we are spending a lot of time asking Questions because hon. Members have to read through the Questions thereby taking a considerable amount of time, is it necessary, any longer, for hon. Members to continue reading their Questions?"
