You can only seek a clarification of the Statement that is given by the Minister. The same way you talk about a due process and a system, please, follow the due process and parliamentary practice itself. Seek a clarification on the basis of the substance of the Statement read by the Minister! Period! That is what the Standing Orders say. That is my ruling!"
