Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first, I want to deny again that the process that had been undertaken is not such as described by my learned friend Mr. Namwamba. This process had been undertaken in an open and transparent manner as I have explained in my Statement. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member requested me to table a letter in which Tamoil Company declined to participate in the Wood Mackenzie process. I do not have the letter, however, in my Statement I confirmed that indeed, Tamoil, which is now OiLibya, refused to participate in the Wood Mackenzie process. This is because they preferred to deal directly with the Government.
