    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the response from the Assistant Minister is not adequate. Right now, the price of diesel is Kshs95. I have a voucher showing that MOCO is buying diesel at Kshs95.90. I can give this voucher to this House as evidence. By the time I was asking this Question, the pump price of diesel was Kshs91. However, I had a voucher showing that they were buying it at Kshs98 per litre. The Assistant Minister is not telling this House that the employees of MOCO had gone on strike and they resumed work yesterday. They did not resume work because they have been paid, but because they have been given false promises. At the moment, we already have employees' deductions which have not reached the Sukari SACCO and the NSSF. What is the Ministry doing to rectify the situation?"
