I am not about to go into an July 16, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1881 argument with you on this one. I think my rulings are fairly explicit and you ought to go by them. With respect to whether this Question can be deferred, I think the Minister answered it as put in all the three parts. I would have expected Ms. A. Abdalla to interrogate the Minister further if she is not satisfied with the answers given. For that matter, the rest of the Membership of the House is at liberty to ask supplementary questions, where the Minister has not dealt with the matter satisfactorily. So, we will proceed and take further questions."
