    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in a nutshell, the answer given by the Assistant Minister is that supply is low and demand is high. So, the KPLC is straining to supply power when they do not have enough supply. The excuse in the answer that the Kisii-Chemosit Project stalled because of post-election violence is a very lame. This project stalled since 2004, long before the post-election violence. What assurance can the Assistant Minister give to the House that the project for upgrading of transformers will, indeed, be completed within time and that the projects under implementation will also be completed?"
