    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister's answer is slightly different from the answer in the sheet I am holding. Nevertheless, I thank him for the relevance of the answer. It has addressed the issues I had raised. Mr. Speaker, Sir, however, we know that, at the moment, Kenya is pursuing Vision 2030, July 15, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1799 which aims to increase the economic growth by 10 per cent by 2030. For that economic growth to be attained, we need to have a similar growth in power generation or availability of power. Has the Ministry of Energy developed a national energy model to be in complicity and in tandem with the goals of Vision 2030?"
