    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. It seems the Assistant Minister still does not understand my question. I said that he gave us percentages of generation capacity. He also explained that KenGen sells power to the KPLC at a cheaper rate than the IPPs. If he does not have the answer right now, I would request that he tells us that IPPs give us 16 per cent of the power we require; KenGen gives us 76 per cent. But what percentage of the bill do we pay goes to the IPPs?"
