    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, my intention of asking this Question was that I wanted to know where farmers in Migori should go to get their loans. I do not believe that it is only Equity Bank that is intended to come to Migori, apart from the AFC. In answering part \"c\" the Assistant Minister has stated that there are some SACCOs. I think if there are SACCOs which are lending money to farmers, the Assistant Minister should specify which ones."
