    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for his attempts to answer this Question. But there is one part which is worrying me. In his answer to part \"d\" of my Question, he says that there are plans to give Kshs3.2 billion to Equity Bank. That is a large amount of money which will not be spent overnight. Mr. Speaker, Sir, it will take time before this money is given to the farmers. Could the Assistant Minister inform the House what steps and modalities his Ministry is putting in place to ensure that the interest that will accrue at the bank will be used in subsidising the farmers problems?"
