    "content": "asked the Minister of State for Public Service:- (a) whether he could confirm that there are wide income/salary disparities between various Job Groups in the Civil Service; (b) if he could explain the reasons for those salary disparities; (c) whether he is aware that morale among civil servants is low and many highly- trained professionals in the Civil Service are leaving for jobs in the private sector; and, (d) what urgent and specific interventions he is putting in place to ensure that the gap between the various Job Groups is narrowed and that the flight of professional civil servants, which ultimately compromises the quality of service delivery to the public, is reversed."
