"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, more or less similar Questions regarding GMOs and I remember you and the Speaker giving those Questions priority. Considering that this Question has been tossed from one Ministry to another, that is, from the Ministry of Agriculture to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology to the Ministry of Medical Services and so on, would I be in order to suggest that the Prime Minister handles this Question because of the importance it has in terms of the health of the people? Remember cancer seems to be on the increase in this nation. Could I get your guidance that this Question must be handled at the highest level, so that we can actually put the Kenyan community at peace when they consume this food? They need to know when this food is imported and also whether they should plant the materials from the GMOs or not."
