    "content": "Thank you very much, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, for allowing me to catch your eye. First of all, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to say that it is such a shame that this Government is not giving enough funds to the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. It is such a terrible thing that we are not giving them even one per cent of the total Budget! The youth of this country make up a big population. I am not sure how much, but I think it must be about 30 per cent or something. I intend, may be, to bring a Motion to this House to ensure that, that very important population of this country gets not less than 10 per cent of the total Budget."
