    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank you for giving me this opportunity to also join my learned friend and colleague in congratulating the Ministry for putting forward one of the most important, aggressive and highly desirable proposals in this country for our youth. I believe that we ought to support the Minister in this ambitious programme of raising the standards of our youth, addressing their needs, and above all investing in our people. The famous July 15, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1833 saying that if you want to invest for one year, you grow wheat, if you want to invest for ten years, you plant trees but if you want to invest for 100 years, you invest in people, is very applicable to this country.
