I would like him to give us further assurance that, in the forthcoming recruitment, the shortage of 167 teachers he has referred to will be catered for. Secondly, since we are supposed to be under the so-called \"Free Secondary Education Programme (FSEP)\", in terms of tuition, to what extent will the Ministry compensate our Boards of Governors, which currently incur a monthly cost of Kshs3.3 million on employment of teachers?"
