    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as the Chairman of the CDF, Committee we have been pursuing this matter relentlessly, because the law requires that the Minister, on a quarterly basis, disburses the funds to the CDF. I would wish to seek clarification from the Minister, as to what evidence does he have to demonstrate to this House that the Kshs3.5 billion has already been released? What is he going to do to ensure that the next allocations will be as per the requirements of the Act; that is, quarterly disbursements of the funds?"
