    "content": "Order, Ms. Odhiambo! Is it not possible that you can capture those aspects that you are pointing out in your contribution, and give the Minister an opportunity to respond? I know they may be legitimate concerns, yes, but why do you not capture them in your contribution? You have a document and you are now saying to the Chair, which I perfectly understand, that, that document, perhaps, is not satisfactory. Why do you not, in your contribution, indicate areas where it is not satisfactory and the Minister will respond? If you are not satisfied, you still have other avenues within the Standing Orders. You can find other remedies! I would love that at this point you let Business proceed, mark those areas where you see weaknesses and point them out in your contribution. I recognise and agree that, indeed, your contributions in this House have been substantial, but that is not a rule of general application to the rest of the membership, as a matter of course."
