(a) Could the Minister explain why the East African Airlines aircraft flying to Kisumu on 26th June, 2008, at 5.45 p.m., was forced to land back at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) shortly after take-off? (b) Is the Minister aware that flights by this particular airline have experienced several unexplained incidents over the last several months? (c) Could the Minister suspend the licence of this company and order an audit on their compliance with aviation safety rules before any disaster occurs?"
