    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Minister should be fair to this House. It is not very difficult for her to answer the question by the hon. Member. She should tell us the specific projects in Bondo District and even in Kakamega District under this programme. We know that all World Bank-funded projects in this country talk about Kshs6.5 billion, but when you look at what has been done, you find that 80 per cent of that money was used on capacity building. Could she enumerate the specific projects, for example, one, two, three in Kakamega District and one, two, three in Siaya District?"
