    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, as I said earlier on, the National Water Conservation and Pipeline Corporation (NWCPC) is the one which is in charge of all the repairs. We, as a Ministry, also want to see that the work we have done is useful to the community and it is properly maintained. We will undertake to ensure that, as we partner with the NWPC, take care of all the vulnerable points when they need to be repaired. Of course, you cannot repair points which do not require repairs."
