Following directly on what Ms. Karua has said, considering that we have a new Attorney-General, Prof. Githu Muigai, and whom I have a lot of faith, and considering that we have a Solicitor-General and a Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) thus reducing the workload of the Attorney- General, could you, while you give your ruling in respect of Ms. Karua’s point of order, also consider impressing upon the Attorney-General that matters of this House take precedence over everything else, so that he can organize himself."
