My understanding of the response by the Assistant Minister on that Question is that they are planning to sit down with the relevant Ministries. Under the Water Act, the Ministry of Water and Irrigation has the responsibility not merely to manage water, but also to manage sewerage systems. Is it really in order for the Assistant Minister to come here and refer the responsibility to other Ministries without telling us what his Ministry has done?"
