    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The Government is in the process of posting the OCPD, the DCIO, and the NSIS Sub- Regional Intelligence Coordinator. The posting, however, was delayed because the necessary infrastructure had not been put in place. (b) The security situation in northern Kenya is much more stable this year than the previous years, since the Government has created more administrative units in that area. That has made security to stabilise. The people have been sensitised on security matters through barazas and community policing forums."
