    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I always welcome answers from the Assistant Minister, in this particular instance, he is putting this Question into a contest. Members of this House lost lives while on a peace mission in Marsabit. The larger Marsabit District, 77,000 square kilometres, is exactly the size of three provinces in this Republic. Now that the Government has granted Chalbi a district and has posted a DC there--- The essence of a district in northern Kenya is to ensure that there is sufficient security. In view of the importance of this, could the Assistant Minister consider allocating the money for construction of houses in Chalbi District?"
