    "content": "INTRODUCTION OF THE FISCAL MANAGEMENT BILL THAT, aware that the Budget-making process is solely undertaken by the Executive Arm of Government; further aware that the Legislature is conferred oversight functions by the Constitution and other written laws, this House grants leave to introduce a Bill for an Act of Parliament entitled the Fiscal Management Bill to provide for the democratization, regulation and oversight of the national Budget making process and for connected purposes."
