    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the issue raised by the hon. Member is slightly different from the one we are dealing with. In this particular case, the school did not indicate the sponsor. The local authority did not give its approval on the application form. The local authority should have certified that there is no question over the land on which the school is built. All these papers had not been presented to the District Education Officer (DEO). That means that the Ministry was not aware of the existence of the school. Not a single document had been presented to the Ministry. That means that we could not post teachers to the school. If they bring these papers, and we have confirmed that they will bring them on 21st July, 2008, they will get teachers."
