    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, Molo District is a new district. We cannot take its papers 1732 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES July 9, 2008 to the former larger Nakuru District, which included Molo. Schools in Molo District will be handled by the Molo DEB. It will be irregular for the Ministry to take papers from one district to another one. Molo is an existing district now and so, the papers will be handled there."
